“Let’s Keep the Ball Flying!”
It’s good to know that the folks over at PVF has been promoting volleyball in the country by staging volleyball tournaments such as the prestigious National Open. The goal has been not just volleyball awareness but to raise the level of volleyball (in terms of competitiveness) in the Philippines. And holding various tournaments not just in Metro Manila, but in the provinces as well where all the future volleyball stars are being discovered, is one way to achieve these goals.
The PVF is also commemorating this year the 100-year anniversary of Philippine volleyball.
