The UST-Tabaquero Express will win the UAAP Season 72 WV Championship. Ange and Co. are peaking very nicely. Their backward-forward running game is elegant and unmatched – you can actually see where Ange, Banaticla or Mance would be coming from; but it’s difficult to predict where they would drop the ball. Superb!
In contrast, Steph Mercado’s DLSU dropped a miserable set to the vastly-improved but cellar dweller – National U, while UST shut the same team out in 3 straight sets last Wednesday and did the same to the once-powerful Lady Tams today. This year is IT for the Tabaquero Express!
Cainglet, Ho and Gervacio will probably have their chance next year (that is, if this is Ange’s last year) =) I just love how these stunning ladies are growing and gelling together as a team.
