7th Asian Youth Girls Volleyball needs female liason officers

As I was scanning rpspikers.tk, I read this write-up by Coach Odjie regarding the league’s need for liaison officers. For those who are interested, you can reach him on his rpspikers account. As much as I want to be a part of this event, fate won’t allow me (haha). Read Coach’s piece below and I personally urge each one of you to participate. Peace out!

I think there should allowance or honorary for those who wish to apply and accepted. PVF have a budget for this meet from billeting, transportation, referees fees, and etc, a small amount for these female liasons much rewarding than experience.

Sila naman ang kumita dyan mula sa 6M na budget, kaya di nakakapagtaka kung bakit di na tayo nakakapanood ng international caliber matches katulad ng grand prix kasi si EDDIE lang kilala.

There is now a new saying, “Charity and CORRUPTION begins at home”. That’s how the Filipino way. It is about time to think the welfare of the sport not personal interest…..

Ritche: question… for the sake of those who might be interested to apply, sino contact person? Maybe you should provide an email address or contact info. Si coach Odjie / Mamon ba ‘to from UST?

Honorarium (minimal, as stated under “Benefits”) will be given for our Liaison Officers. Thank you for showing interest and the help you’ve extended by re-posting this ad I’ve made from the forum (www.rpspikers.tk) where I am an active member.

Thanks for providing your email coach Odjie! Now ko lang nabasa at na-digest yung comment ni rma05172. And I also don’t know exactly how to react on it! LOL!

But I’ve been hearing this issue from other sources including forums and other sites, so I bet there’s a grain of truth to it… sad to say.

We have a good chance if the Asian girls tournament will be successful. And we can fully pay the balance we owe FIVB for the sanctioning fee from the last Grand Prix played here. It is sad to think that the fast growing and popular sport suffers from personal interests of PVF.

You know why we have international competitions line ups?
DID YOU EVER THINK?
the new PVF build back the TRUST of the FIVB and the AVC.

what do you think Bro?

FIVB is giving us a chance to pay what we still owe them that’s why they allowed us to host some international competitions here. Bidding for the Grand Prix to have it here again will take some time to fulfill. FIVB and AVC are concern with financial obligations we have with them.

PVF should think another way to raise their own budget by not only depending from our national budget. Sports is not a top priority for our government that’s why it has one of the least budget allocation. Now, it is about time to find these ways and means to uplight once again volleyball in our country.

We are a country of basketball craze where companies from different sectors would invest rather in volleyball to boost their sales through advertisements.

If you are really a true volleyball aficionado, Would you like to pay for a high prize ticket just to watch a volleyball game?

KASAMA KA BA SA NANG-IWAN SA PVF?
PANALO TEAM NATIN vs Sri-Lanka FYI… hehehe
