1. Why #3?
Para sa akin parang naging lucky number ko po siya. Noong nagsimula ako maglaro noong college number 3 na lang ang available, so yun po yung napunta sa akin. First UAAP ko po noong naging Rookie Of The Year ako, tapos sa number 3 po umangat yung paglalaro ko.

2. How did you first get into volleyball? How long have you been playing?
Grade Six po ako nagstart maglaro in Bulacan. Nung bata pa ako mahilig po talaga ako maglaro ng bola, basketball pa nga po eh. Noong elementary po ako, tinuruan po ako ng mother ko mglaro ng volleyball, then nakita ako ng coach ng volleyball sa school namin. Tinanong niya ako kung marunong daw ba ako and then i said yes, pero basic lang po alam ko noon, digs lang hanggang sa nadevelop po un skills ko.

3. What are your greatest achievements/awards as a volleyball player?
Yung Rookie Of The Year po sa UAAP nung 2002. Achievement syempre yun maging member ng national team at makapaglaro sa V-League.

4. What makes a good volleyball player? Does height really matter?
Yup. Height really matters po talaga. Mas madali ang trabaho kapag maganda talaga ang height mo at mas madaming pwedeng magagawa.

5. You are an RP Team player right? So how does it feel representing Philippines in the tournament/s you’ve played?
Proud. Kasi po maganda po ang ipakita sa iba’t ibang players ng different countries na ang Phillipines ay hindi rin magpapahuli when it comes to volleyball.

6. You’re the team’s quicker, right?, what are the advantages and disadvantages of being a quicker in your opinion?
Yup, I’m a quicker. Advantages? Mahirap kasi bantayan ang isang quicker eh. Marami kasing options kung saan dadalhin ang bola at mabilis kaya mahirap basahin ang mga blockers. Disadvantage? Siguro, nakakapagod lang talaga. *Laughs*

7. If you’re not playing for UE, what UAAP school or just a regular school do you want to play for? Why?
UST, no doubt. Champion team sila eh and maganda talaga ang standard when it comes to studies.

8. Likewise, how did it feel to play for a school which has a great volleyball program like UE?
Happy po kasi I think UE is one of the schools na may madaming championship sa volleyball eh pero medyo sad kasi sa 5 years na paglalaro ko sa UE 3rd lang yung pinakamataas na rank na nadala ko sila. Kahit sino naman siguro gusto magchampion diba masaya masaya.

9. During the last UAAP, aside from your team, which team was the toughest to go against with? Who’s the toughest player?
No doubt San Sebastian and Ateneo. Yung mga Thai import nila pareho. Dun talaga kami medyo nahirapan eh.

10. Ngayong V-League, sino ba ang threat para sa iyo at mga players?
Ngayong sa San Sebastian ako maglalaro, sa tingin ko FEU and Adamson. FEU kasi intact pa rin yata ang line up nila plus un guest player. Ganon din ang Adamson. Sila yung naglaban sa championshp ng UAAP. Player to watch out si Wends Semana and Chel Daquis ng FEU and Sang Laguilles and Nene Bautista sa Adamson.
